Sparknous ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account data: email address and optional name when you register.
Usage data: generation counts, tool selections, and timestamps to enforce plan limits.
Content: prompts and outputs for Pro users who use output history (stored securely on our servers).
Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Technical data: hashed IP addresses for anonymous rate limiting.

Provide and improve the writing tools service
Enforce free-tier and subscription limits
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Respond to support requests

Third parties

We use Anthropic (Claude API) to generate content, Stripe for payments, and hosting providers to run the service. Data is shared only as needed to operate Sparknous.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Pro generation history can be deleted from your account. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@sparknous.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
